Returns & Exchanges

If you don’t absolutely love your piece, you have 7 days to return your item for a store credit note, exchange, or refund. If you would like a refund please contact me at rgbeads1@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. In order for the refund to be processed, the piece must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that it arrived in. If I am not contacted within 72 hours, only a store credit or exchange will be available. 

All custom orders are final sale.
